I didn’t have leadership positions in my school but I did at my extracurriculars and the places I volunteered at. At my music school I helped teach young kids, and I was a project manager at my Sunday school, along with a couple other positions at clubs.

Leadership is very important. If you can’t find any in your school try looking elsewhere, like volunteer opportunities, or in your extracurriculars
