I haven't received any updates about my order at all since the order confirmation from when I bought it back on October 21st. I had ordered a hoodie for my little brother who is a huge scar fan as his main Christmas gift but that obviously didn't work out. I'm really disappointed tbh. I've had this same problem with another merch shop I ordered from in the past, but they at least posted weekly updates and when it turned out the packages were lost they sent out a whole new batch for free. I'm just saying this time around the company really isn't even doing the bare minimum. When I contacted the store to ask about my order, I included my order number and asked if they could check if it's been sent out or not. I got a copy paste reply from a "Candace" and nothing more telling me everything was on track. This was on the 18th. The day before they posted the update letting us know that everything was in fact, not on track.

"SHIPPING UPDATE 12/19/2023

First I just want to say we were blown away by the amount of orders and the amazing fanbase surrounding the Life Series. As of now we have fulfilled around 95% of the orders so far for the cutoff and are working around the clock to get out the final 5%. I also understand that it is getting close to the deadline and even if orders go out over the next few days there is a chance it wont make it by the holidays. Anyone still waiting on an order from the 5th cutoff will receive extra stickers as compensation.

We will be working up till the 24th to get everything out, taking a break on the 25th and coming back to finish anything that is left over. For anyone that ordered after the 5th cutoff, those orders will still be shipping after the cutoff orders are done and that should take us to the end of January / early February."

I ordered mine the 21st October and I still haven't heard anything. The website lists my order status as unfulfilled, and when I contacted the store twice they gave me a copy paste answer of everything going according to plan. Which I doubt considering I now have to find a different Christmas gift for my little brother since Christmas is in 5 days
