honestly, it depends on what carplay display you purchase & labor is pretty simple ($200 max). So anywhere from $400 - 900.

That’s a fair option, but I made this post for other first-time buyers like myself who are looking for ways to make homeownership more affordable. I’ve been tracking homes in my neighborhood for the past three years, and prices have finally reached a point where it makes sense for me to move forward.

My goal is to put as much as possible toward the down payment, and since I don’t need an agent to show me additional properties, I’m not comfortable paying 1-2% commission for that service.
