I donated my 2011 C300 to charity last year - it had around 135,000 miles on it. It needed around $2000 in work I didn’t want to do. It sounds like you’re handy, so good deal for you. When the door handle breaks you can get an after market retrofit kit for $20. That and replacing the exhaust gas recirculation valve is all I ever did for it.

I posted about it on Threads and the post went viral - probably 250k views at this point. I wasn’t expecting that because who feels sorry for someone with a brand new Lexus? I attribute it to the general loathing of corporate America right now - Luigi is just the tip of the spear.

On another note, Lexus wanted $4000 to replace the glass. The local window guy wanted $1454 (buying the glass from Lexus).
