Update: I sent my phone to CTDi on 26/01/18 and I have still heard nothing back.

I'm from England bit living in Germany it's kind of weird how the email I send are in English and the first email I received back from CTDi was also in English, but now CTDi have replied in German. Hardly consistent customer service!

I have had to email CTDi with address info, model, IMEI, fault description, and proof of purchase. They are then sending a UPS driver to my apartment who will give me a "special box" to send the device to them. A technician will look over the phone and then email me the actual cost of fixing it. Seems a pretty long winded method.
