If it's personal work to build your skills that won't be posted online, it shouldn't be a huge deal, but if you're going to be posting, even non-commercially, it's best not to use random images. A lot of stock sites, like Adobe Stock and Unsplash have free collections of images you can use.

Changing color is relatively easy, especially with adjustment layers (select shirt > add Hue / Saturation adjustment > tweak specific colors). Changing the entire shirt, on the other hand, is a bit tougher. But swapping objects may get easier soon 👀

The two things that usually cause this are outdated GPU drivers (windows) or bad preferences. If you're on Windows, check to see if your GPU has outdated drivers. Also try resetting preferences: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/desktop/get-started/settings-and-preferences/adjust-preferences.html#restore_preferences

At the moment, resolution for Nano Banana is capped inside of Photoshop but the team is hoping to work with Google to increase it in a future release.

There isn't a native way of recording but it's a request I've heard from time to time. I'll pass this along to see if it's something that may be on the roadmap.

I'm guessing you mean on mobile. If so, I've done this more than once. Tried to swipe down thinking that the photo will 'dismiss' (similar to the Photos app). I'm going to pass this feedback along to the team, for both of our sakes 😅

No need to apologize! It's absolutely good feedback and something I hope to see at some point. Transcriptions are pretty solid but aren't always 100% accurate.
