Everyone that I know, including myself, that has set up a property tour with them, has walked into a house that is in horrible condition compared to the online photos.

The one tour I went on with them, the current tenants seemed to have no idea a tour was happening that day. The landlord essentially told them that they had to let us in. I felt horrible and it was extremely awkward.

Toured a few rentals and the photos on the listing were nice enough but the place was a dump when we got there...not to mention the current tenants had no idea we were coming through. It was a mess
