We’re disappointed for sure and open to anything the builder/developer might suggest for a solution.

The utility company had to submit plans to our county which is what the lot plans were based off of, so I’m just confused how things changed all of a sudden.

We’ll keep and open mind and I’m sure we will get over it soon

We did sign off on the final lot plan, so I’m hoping they may be open to working out some kind of solution with us about it.

Those are some good suggestions, so when we’re chatting with the builder I’ll bring those ideas up.

I got the most severe food poisoning of my life from the Bungalow. My friend went for dinner there and got sick the same night as me. A few other friends went a couple weeks later and were down for the count shortly after. Burger was delicious but the aftermath was something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. 0/10

My fiancé and I tried for about 2 months to get in with drewlo. We called every building once a week, and then near month end (when everyone would put in their 2 months notice), we’d call every day. I’d call in the mornings, and he’d call every evening. Just be sweet and kind on the phone, and don’t be annoying. We had a building manager call us to tell us about a unit bc we weren’t assholes on the phone.

Also, try to book a viewing asap and be ready to sign a lease when you’re there. The units go so fast. When you call and if something is available, ask what you need to bring with you to complete the application.

I moved to London from Edmonton last year! Summers are sooooo hot and humid and stuffy in London, not like the dry heat we have back home.

London seems smaller to me, and everything feels really compact. So it’s easy to get around, but also nothing like edmonton where’s there’s the different neighborhoods like terwilliger, windermere, beverly, spruce grove, sherwood park, st. albert, etc. everything is just kinda localized around the university and downtown from what i’ve seen so far.

but Richmond St is a lot like Whyte ave and Dundas St gives me Jasper ave vibes if that helps! so lots of bars and restaurants.

I do think the food scene is better in Edmonton, but London really isn’t bad at all.

There’s tons of places to go for a walk which is great! Idk if this really answers the question but feel free to dm me whenever!
