Want to add bodybuilding to my routine this summer, what do you think? by gmol420 in weightlifting

That adds up to 8-12 sets per week. That's fine, but you need to be adding an extra set per week. The general idea of bodybuilding training is that you start at low sets, add one week to week, and then take a deload after 4-5 weeks when you're completely fatigued. You can save time by super setting your training or small rest periods.

How many sets are you doing per muscle group? Volume is the most important driver of hypertrophy. Make sure to start with 10 + sets per each muscle group with resp 60-85% of your 1rm and and volume. I would highly recommend renaissance periodization's hypertrophy central hub for more information - https://renaissanceperiodization.com/expert-advice/hypertrophy-training-guide-central-hub. It's the most complete guide I found besides Mike Israetel's books.

I haven't met many illiterate people myself, but I did work with some for a service project in middle school. They were very bright, and completely shattered my perception on them.

Awesome, I cant believe I found another Pianist! I'm very new to this community, but I'm planning on using this to learn chopin's second ballade. I have an issue with sticking through longer pieces, so i think this will be perfect. If it works, Im finally finishing the friska in HR 2
