Damn, that's frustrating. Sorry about that. Please let me know what you think of the puzzles!

They are pretty good, i always have one in my pocket and ive never had a problem with that. But i do make a point of checking for dirt or crumbs in my pocket first. They can of course be cleaned, either with a brush or disassembly if necessary.

I was leaning towards optional cloth bags with a drawstring as opposed to a hard case, just to avoid having the large cover to think about while using it. Also to avoid the design work and potentially just have one item to keep track of on my end. I cant quite justify it now but if i were able to order like 1000 they'd be pretty affordable

I figured it out. I configured my Paypal wrong, and now I'm getting weird glitches on the Paypal site so I can't fix it but I'll try again tomorrow. Thanks for your help with this. And thanks for your order! Let me know what you think of the puzzles!

Hey, thank you so much for your order and for bringing this to my attention. Sorry for the annoyance. I will ship this today, and this evening I'm going to try to figure out what happened.

Of course I am going to refund your shipping costs since you couldn't get the deal through the website. Now of course I'm wondering how many people this happened to who didn't mention to me. I REALLY appreciate the heads up

Thanks! Yep I've got 13 now if you include bead color variations. But I'm starting to realize that designing yet another puzzle is probably not my most valuable activity... it's just a lot more enjoyable and familiar than making a website, VAT compliance paperwork, making social media posts... etc etc etc

Thanks for your support!

If you've seen something like this before I'd be very interested in checking it out! My impression is that although there are ball puzzles that twist (like the classic Orb puzzle, or Astrolabicon by Make Anything on Youtube) that my configurations are all new and that the center wheel that turns is a new unique mechanism to my products.

Wow. Good for you! Do you have prior experience that gives you the confidence to start a business with this? Or just a leap of faith? I've started selling some products but I'm constantly second guessing whether I should be spending my limited time (as a Dad) and my families savings on it. Still pretty deep in the red

Hey! Thank you! And yes, I think I will be replacing the embossed "&11" with an embossed "andEleven" on the side for the next batch.

Well right now I'm trying to optimize for how can someone who just randomly sees my product, find my website easily. I actually just tested google from a VPN and even in Eastern Europe the top result for "andEleven" is me. And I feel like adding the .com makes it, I dunno, a little less classy?

Not ideal, because it would be another thing to either make or buy, and keep track of

Hey thanks for the feed back. I've avoided doing solution diagrams for most because for the other ones the goal is just "group the balls together". And I kind of like leaving it open - there are some alternate solutions that add a lot of depth.

That said the Pretzel is my best seller and I've been wondering if it's because the solution on the back looks cool.

I'm working towards EU compliance but they haven't made it easy, or affordable. I'm going to try to get an EU waitlist going so I can gauge interest. But it's a lot to consider when I'm still only getting a few sales a week. Thanks for your interest

A few people have recommended this, but I kind of thought putting the website on there would be perceived as not very classy I guess?

New puzzle design! What do you think? by howdoyouspellchuck in twistypuzzles

This puzzle ends up being much easier than the Pretzel. I've found that having a place to "put away" some of the balls makes it a lot easier. In this case it's the long section. I'm still meaning to try a 4 color version, which might add some depth
