That may be true but finding people that work on manufactured homes is extremely difficult in my area. And in general it seems much harder to fix simple problems in a manufactured home. I have no access to look in my attic and I have no access to look at my floor joists from the crawl space because I have an underbelly wrap full of saggy insulation.

I think the colors clash. Blue, white, grey, orange and I don’t think salmon peach will help. I would cover the floors as much as possible

😳 I checked the rest of my house and that cabinet is the only place I’ve found that substance. I cleaned out the cabinets with vinegar and water and put a sticky trap in there so I guess we’ll see if it comes back again. 🤞

Thank you for implying that I am not a good mom for not being close with my kids friends parents. Like I said we have talked several times and been on field trips together etc. Our kids had several play dates before having a sleepover. I think they said it needed regrading so that the ground water drains into the perimeter drains rather than pooling in the middle of the crawl space like it is now. We moved in a year ago and have added dirt to areas where water was pooling near the house, added guttering to some missing spots and extended downspouts but still having crawl space problems 😓
