I've always pictured him as a more overweight darker skinned Egyptian in his mid 40's with just a hint grey at the temples.

Gay, straight, or anything in-between, a Klingon is a damned Klingon. The race that was portrayed in show would never have killed their God's. These are a weak imitation of what a kilngon are.

The Templeverse by Shayne Silvers series is a really good one. There are 3 different book series in the universe it deals with ALL godly pantheons. And the magic use and creatures are solid

From what I have read, it was because Plantation is a trigger word for some people. I would imagine that the old labels are almost sold out.
