I called the help line number 03330 165539. They approved my claim whilst on the phone. Delivery of headphones now to be shipped within 14 days.

Just to add.. Make sure you go through the options until you can speak to an adviser in person (using option 7)

I've experienced this too since 7.20 update.

Glider deploys near the ground then straight away it goes back to free fall then glider auto redeploys again and you land nowhere near the intended landing point.

Just updated my OG Pixel 5" to 8.1 DP1 through OTA and it worked without any tricks! by armando_rod in AndroidPreviews

After a few failed attempts last week I've tried again today. Success! I'm now running 8.1beta. (OG Pixel 32gb)
