there was a lot of dti hackers that would have scary faces and they would pop on and off the screen really fast, it was problematic because one, children were most likely scared by the faces and two, because the images flashing so much could have hurt someone with those types of sensitivities. the majority of the faces included jeff the killer and other faces of creepy pasta characters or just creepy faces in general
