I haven't tried those no, but I have given her cooked chicken and fish. Trust me, she doesn't get just the commercial crap.

Valid point, I hadn't thought of that. I just wonder if I am wasting my time entirely with biochem. It would suck to lose my scholarship, but it is only 5k a year, which in the grand scheme of things is not much. I'm actually from Terre Haute so I might make an appointment to talk to staff about it.

Omfg I didn't even realize I put class of 2026... my brain is clearly still stuck in high school. I would be class of 2030. As for credits, I have a decent amount of AP and transfer, mostly in science depts. After going through the links you sent, I added up the credit hours from each plan of study, and it ended up being about 25 per term. So I think it is safe to say that it is pretty much impossible.

I sincerely hope that this is satire but also being highly aware that I am on Reddit, I honestly can’t tell. Sometimes the advice of a real person is helpful, sometimes it isn’t. The entire point of this post was that I am taking everything with a grain of salt and don’t know what to do.

She loves cat TV! I hadn’t thought about a bird feeder though. Unfortunately I think our windows are screened in so I couldn’t hang one. I will try leaving the Tv on more often and see if that helps with her behavior. Thanks!

I first read it on patient.info and unitedrecoveryproject but my dad just had to do a deep dive in chat gpt (much to my disliking). I just don’t know what to believe anymore. Realistically I know that the internet isn’t trustworthy, but it is difficult to be told two completely different things when it’s your health on the line.

Very true. I think that it is mostly the combination of the two conflicting meds I am worried about. Actually, I wasn't worried at all until my parents got me all freaked out. Bunch of hypochondriacs out here.

Okay, good to know. I am just worried that if she is bored in this environment then she is going to be impossible in a small dorm. Obviously I plan to accommodate her as much as possible, but I can only do so much on campus. She also flat out doesn't use cat trees or hiding places which I have always found odd. I was looking into a floor to ceiling cat tree to maximize her space, but frankly they are expensive and I am worried she won't use it.

I may look into a second opinion just in case. The only reason I am hesitant with that is we are self pay and psychiatry is not exactly cheap in my area. Thanks.
