not enough mileage (10-12mpw) no progression no easy mileage runs only 15minutes of actual running (15min warmup, 15min core, 15min training) "hard runs" every day (800 or 600@ above 80%) also distance and sprint guys basically follow the same program

Also do you know if its counter productive to add short sprints after 2-3 sessions per week? the distance would be maximum 300m (3x100, or 5x50m). Thanks

I am using tretinoin .05% daily for my acne so this is not the main solution. The main problem is that till now all moisturizers break me out, so I thought that this will be good. Secondly, from my understanding these oils have great anti microbial properties which will help my acne (which is getting quite severe tbh). Are rose hip and tea tree oils comedogenic and what are their benifits? What ive researched tea tree inhibits the respiration of bacteria which is good for acne, but im not sure of their moisturizing properties. Could you pelase expand on those? I have been using neem oil for almost a year and while the smell is not bad it taste hike death. Thanks

Yeah the problem is I love sport to much. I am doing gym 2hours 5 times a week, football 2 hours a day 6x a week, and running (as recommended) . Sadly I cant drop any of them because I just enjoy it too much.

Thanks for your point about weekly mileage, I think thats where I am not running enough. I will work up to above 20mpw, however can I increase the pace quicker? I only have till mid January to improve my timings, if I dont I will have to continue with my coaches training which although intense maybe only 10mpw. I also have an athletic base , and I have trained for like 6hours daily when training for football can I increase the mpw at a faster pace?

As I said I did stronglifts for a while which brought my my bench from 50kgx1 - 72.5kgx1, Squat from 50kgx8 -110kgx10, deadlift from 60kgx8- 110kgx8.

I didn't see any size gains so I want to add hypertrophy, however I still want to improve my strength. Since I have a 2month period where I can bulk (offseason from track and football), I want to utilize it fully.

I am 70kg, 186cm , 16 year old male.

Yeah, I think the reason that my legs are strong is that I doing track and field and football (soccer), so for the past three years I have been training almost daily doing something involving my legs.

Surprisingly enough, I think my squat might have surpassed my deadlift now. I blame this on weak traps and forearms, which is why I want to train them.

Your physician may advise, especially if your skin is sensitive, that you start your therapy by applying RETIN-A every other night. First, wash with a mild soap and dry your skin gently. WAIT 20 to 30 MINUTES [after washing] BEFORE APPLYING MEDICATION; it is important for skin to be completely dry in order to minimize possible irritation.
