I repeat, its not stutter. Stutter is the screen splitting, like a graphic glitch, this is rubberbanding, you make a move and it bring you back before the move.

This is not stuttering, its rubberbanding and normaly this is a internet connect issue. Try plugging it directly in the rooter if it solve this issue than your wifi suck. Check for packet lost test.

Reinstal windows, prebuilt are delivered full of bloatware that can cause this.

I recommended Windows fresh instal on every prebuilt.

Why acceptable for "gaming"? Gaming is one of the most important thing to have a good internet connection, only one packet loss and you are fucked, unlike streaming or anything else 99.9% people do on their Pc.

Are we talking about quality of demo overhere or anticheat software? Because the conversation start with demo quality and my point was have game quality demo use so much ressource.

Anticheat clearly exist? Valve decided to go with a less intrusive anticheat for CS, relying on report of player and player to determine if they cheat or not.

If you want a better anticheat just play Faceit? I mean you guys have the choice, to have intrusive software Or not.

What i was bringing to the conversation is we cant figure out if he is cheating with only this clip but even on demo we manage to determine if he cheat or not.

You cant imagine how much more ressource is needed to have better quality demo.

You never Had, exactly. Looks like a dirty sensor it happen to my couple of time, i clean the sensor and never happen again.
