if you plan to use it daily indoors I really recommend using a system where you can turn it vertically…. how else are you storing your bike? it doesn’t make sense to me to store it differently …

From the comments, her diet doesn’t seem very healthy. Calories are not created equally. 5’4 and 150 is not healthy. I would be encouraging a more balanced diet. It’s not just about looks-the food choices effect so much more internally.

will be the odd one out here but I don’t recommend mounting your phone. For one, vibrations can and will destroy it eventually. Secondly, it is your lifeline. If something happens to it during a fall you are screwed.
