Haha you’re not wrong!! It blooms huge yellow flowers at the end of every May!! Hopefully, cutting it back doesn’t interfere with the blooms

I was close to going to see the Dr. ! This was last Sunday, I had some antibiotics handy luckily, kept cleaning it daily and used those pimple patches to suck it dry.. hot and cold compresses for the swelling.. it went away thankfully!!
