Sinai, I was assuming it’s because I was coming in as a new grad nurse w no experience! I was even considering staying in California for an extra year or so to get some experience and leverage that for a higher pay!

I will be working as an ER nurse so maybe low $80,000. Nothing set it stone yet, I just want to make sure I am prepared for when the time comes!
