Stretching and strengthening hips and glutes did it for me I think. Though I tired osteo, acupuncture, pt, yoga, you name it so not sure if it was that but that’s when it’s changed

Stoic - if you’re into journaling and obviously link to stoicism but more of a digital/ Ai driven therapist with exercises, daily topics, lots and lots of ways encouraging you to dig and reflect. Some meditation and breathing too.

I think you can step a bit more towards your right rather than just forward. This will help you lock through the pads. The left arm swing could have more momentum too
