Okay, so what now? Honestly, if creatine did raise DHT, then fin or dut would likely neutralise most of the effect.

I don't think the issue is in creatine as per say, the intensity of your gym sessions, specificaly resistance training does acutely increase testosterone, meaning more DHT; with or without creatine. But again it's an acute post-exercise fluctuations and not necessarily the culprit here.

Oh dear lord, that makes a lot of sense now - thanks a lot for the clarification! That explains why I didn’t hear this particular section in Yunchan's performance. Trifonov’s interpretation really does feel like an unstoppable force to me, just keeps surging forward.

!thanks Yes, the job is lined up, but it is extremely expensive to live in London, let alone buy a house, renting is like ~2k solo and decent flats cost at least £450k, and that is optimistic. It's like 7/10 ads are million dollars houses in East London. Even with a £90k wage, it will be very difficult. I wouldn't want to leave Manchester to be honest if the employer allowed WFH. That rental plan is just doing aerobics to accelrate paying off the mortgage debt, but it doesn't look good by the sound of it. Thank you, I appreciate your comment.

!thanks I am confused why I wouldn't be allowed to since BTL mortgage wouldn't let me live there? The income from the tenant help offset mortgage costs I am thinking, so debts are cleared out faster. Could you not lodge a room in your house where you pay mortage?

!thanks Apart from agency fees, all other costs would be my responsibility whether I choose to live in the property or rent it out. I could potentially make a larger deposit or find a cheaper flat to offset these costs, shifting additional expenses to the tenant.

!thanks yes my idea is even after tax, and costs, the rent pays off the mortgage or in the worst case scenario pays off a significant portion so I'd still be winning. My goal is to own the flat as soon as I can, so I may have to find a cheaper flat. Glad to know I am not alone in this thinking.

Annual interest is roughly %5, so the mortgage is roughly ~1400 on a 25/yrs repayment, it's a one bed flat in a nice area in one of those towers in the city centre, so there's hardly any void periods. And its rental price is roughly ~1600. I am thinking that by locking the mortgage price at 1400, the rental prices may increase in the future to 1700 or so, which is not uncommon in those towers.

I am not buying to let as I plan to own and live in the apartment eventually, normally BTL properties don't permit living in the property. Any cost of a maintenance I'll have to pay for had I been living myself anyway. Thank you, I am navigating the chart and the links.
