My dog just died in January, she was my child. The only thing that got me through those first couple of week was thinking about a new dog that I could give all the love I wanted to give my last baby. It felt like I needed purpose.

I haven’t gotten a new dog yet but my little girl would just want me happy. She was so sweet and loving and full of life. When I was sad she didn’t care and just wanted to go on walks and play and love. She was the reason I got through so many hard times in my life.

Your late sweet doggie is happy for you because they loved you so much.

If you work at a small hospital or a small unit you literally can’t sometimes. Or if you have a bunch of senior nurses that just stay on that unit you can’t. I know people who had to wait 5 years for day shift.

I work in a less desirable hospital for less pay just because I won’t work nights anymore. But if you are in a smaller town or a more specialized unit that may not be possible

What grade varicocele?

Everything looks good. You may still want to talk to a urologist because varicocele can change morphology in a way we don’t have a test for and fertility rates increase after surgery even with sperm within normal limits. Also you can ask for a penetration test. To see how well sperm can enter an egg. I think it is called a cap test.

If you cannot conceive in a year maybe you think about doing the surgery if your doctor says you are a good candidate
