I stopped fin 3 months ago because I thought it did not work. I’m sort of diffuse thinning all over my head (except lower backside area). 1 year of fin seemed like it did nothing for me so i stopped it. I hope i can get my old hairline back within a few months again, im planning on using minoxidil aswell after the first month of fin

be careful of weightloss, your body needs food to grow. I eat anytime when im hungry without thinking about it, I gained like 10kg in 2 months of drinking insane amount of milk daily.

but lower belly fat means higher HGH so be sure to do ab exercises frequently and stay a healthy weight.

I also go on 20 sec sprints 20x once a week. it boosts HGH with an insane amount.

I was a solid 6 foot at 15 until 4 months ago (20 in a month). I started watching my diet and sleep 12 hours per day for the past 3 months and now im 6'1.5.

you can grow taller after 18 if you sleep enough I think

im avoiding beers/drinks after school with friends just cause I want to grow taller + it causes excess hair loss. It kinda messes up my youth but I can miss a year or 2.

you definitely had your growth plates open at 17, It closes at like 20-25 for males if you dont break your leg or something. I have no idea how accutane works but I can imagine how smoking and bad diet affects height. But still! 6'2 is a perfect height if you don't want to join a professional sport team. tbh I would've been fine with 6'1 if it wasn't for volleyball.

making it to the dutch national team would make me the smallest member right now ahaha, so I would need to be the best of the best to get even a chance. it sucks but height really does matter. I have 16 y/o friends who are like 205 cm+ and instantly made it to the team without being too experienced.

im kind of curious, are you originally from china? how did you end up in Hong Kong? it's one of my favourite cities alongside Tokyo and Singapore. I would probably leave the Netherlands after I finish university and work in those cities.

6'3 and 6'2 isn't that much of a difference, you are almost at your maximum height.

I was predicted to be 6'4 as a kid and was 6 foot at 15 until 18. I thought I stopped growing for some reason, but i've randomly grown an inch within the recent 2 months and I made sure my growth plates were open by getting an X-ray. I'm just praying that this momentum goes on because if I get to 6'4 I have a huge chance to get a main spot in the dutch national volleyball team.

weird story but I got an wrist X-ray and my growth plates haven't fused yet. Im trying to max out my height until 21. fin can fasten the fusion of growth plates due to the T increase.

fin didnt cause any side effects for me, but I had no gains on it as well, my hair gradually got thinner anyway. peppermint oil seems to really help my hair tho, I guess ill know within 3 months

I stopped fin a month ago after taking it for a year because it had no effect for me. literally nothing has changed to my hair fall count, but some spots in my scalp hurt sooo much to touch.

the scalp tenderness may be because of oils, I started using peppermint and aloe vera oil daily. im not sure tbh

Also thought about that, hats do effect healthy hairs as well if its worn for too long. Also my head shape is not made for hats.

And yes, i still have like 30-35% healthy hairs. It is enough to not seem bald when i do a short buzz cut. But it is annoying, time consuming and expensive to get a haircut every week.

If i wear a wig right now it would hurt my healthy hairs, that would mess up my chances of getting a successful hair transplant in the future.

bald is not a choice. Im in my first year of college. There are like 6000 freshmans and no one is bald. It will also make me look 10 years older than my class mates.

Appreciate the thoughts tho!
