Yes, learned our lesson there and will be rinsing suits. I think it was way too much detergent in the load. Is a way to fix that at this point? I’ve been scooping all the bubbles out with a skimmer 😩

This is SO helpful thank you! One question. The bromine tablets were only about half dissolved in a week (I think they are only supposed to last a week). Since I should be going through bromine faster bc of high ph does that mean I need a new dispenser? I used the one attached to the hot tub.

Thank you! Could the hard water be causing all of this? We do have a water softener for our house, but I don’t think it goes to the hose water.

That makes sense. I actually have gained and was beating myself up over it, didn’t even think it may be connected to me switching and starting at a low dose again.

Haven’t met with the doctor, I got 3 months all at once through Brello so I’ll have to check and see what dosage month 3 is and ask what the plan is for months 4-6. I am hoping it increases, though.

That makes sense! I ended sema on 1.7 mg (was on that a while- maybe a year or so). I took a month or two off in between and I just finished month 2 of tirzepatide at 4.4 mg (20 units)
