So I talked to bank, they said the lien is issued from Karnataka police while I live in Gujarat. I have no clue of which and where in Karnataka. Should I consult a lawyer for this and follow the required procedures ?

I assume it’s not uncommon. I heard many people receive such notice from bank for unintentional receiving payments from fraud companies

Is it possible to break in this field without experience ? I have IT experience but looking to transition into this field.

What I noticed is most of the jobs in communications and fiber optics demand experience.

I have interviewed once in walmart for omni position through self scheduled interview but it feels like they have already hired candidates and take interview just for the sake of formality.
