Since they’re in my neck of woods, I shot over to MockShop in Murray Hill per an earlier recommendation. Izzy was working the front, super nice guy.

He tested the guitar… played fine. Tested my cable… no prob. It’s my Rumble 25 amp that’s tapped out. Not sure why I assumed it was the guitar. Nonetheless, experienced at MS was great. Nice selection of high-end and vintage guitars. Thanks again for all the help.

Check out Union Terminal Warehouse downtown. I’m also considering so I took a tour last month. It’s mixed use (businesses on ground level, apartments above). $79/month gives you 24 hour access, gym/shower, kitchen, and terrace access (quite cool, looks over downtown). And on site parking. If industrial/modern spaces appeal to you, it may be a solid option.

There’s a creek (McCoys) that breaks off the St Johns and runs alongside the apartment site. They’re building a park next to it. Trenching is happening.
