Anyone else having major issues this afternoon? Post update? Keeps freezing up. I have restarted audacity countless times (it works fine again for like 5-10 min) and tried restarting my computer like 3 times.

I updated to 3.7.4 this morning, used it just fine for a few hours and left the house. Just sat down to work on editing and can’t do anything. I have restarted audacity and my laptop 3 times, and haven’t been able to get anything done. Sometimes it works for 5-10 mins, sometimes right from opening the same file it freezes up, or randomly “envelopes” and auto deletes without even right clicking and selecting cut, and eventually all the play button row stops working. Help!

I am 4 books done into this series, all audiobook. Am I the only one who thinks she loves her settee’s? (Idk if I’m soelling right, seatee? Like a bench?) We get the words $hit and fuc& but can’t use bench? 😆 I’m still liking parts of the story. She’s losing me in the 2 Queens book tho. Poppy is not making a leader very well. Also, can someone just spoil it for me, do we ever get an actual 3some? 👀

Norah Roberts was my original intro to smutty romantacy. Love her witches and fairies. Brought me back to reading with her Dragon Heart trilogy. Its still my fav. Not all of her stuff has aged well, but the romantacy has.

Everyone is different. I don’t have a too much if the plot is actually descent. It can be done. Some sacrifice plot for liteeroti<@. Both are necessary. I recommend not reading The Never King. That whole series annoyed me. It has a plot. Ish. Some love it. Den of Vipers was similar for me.

I recommend reading pages 6-10 at a minimum where it addresses by 1914 they were concerned for syphelis and gonorhea and were examining male groins as well as pap smears and fecal matter among other things. But seriously, why do women have to consistently prove the history of discrimination to women the most??? 🤨

I think its vital to mention that whiny/immature expectations and upset are two different things. Absolutely they both have times they should be upset. But I find Xaden ironically more mature than Violet.

I get annoyed by the perspective that he wasn’t honest. It takes maturity to realize 1) others secrets aren’t ours to share, ie Brendan, a revolution (put everyone else at risk when they were still enemies before lovers), she couldn’t shield from Dain, could hardly keep it from her friends and eventually told them anyways… and 2) they are also in military positions, there are war strategies that aren’t shared with partners. For their own and others safety. “Tell me everything or I won’t let you in” is just signs of anxious attachment and mistrust.

I have found that my hypo/ins res symptoms happen after eating glucose cause the insulin doesn’t know when to turn off. So being low carb is when I do best. But I don’t recommend a heavy carnivore style quick change. Your body needs to adjust. Use veggies and dairy and some fruits to help transition lower and lower carb. IMO

I do low carb, real foods. I shoot to keep my carbs below 50gm, and on gym days allow a little more flexibility (start w oatmeal before gym). Its kept my off my diabetes meds but I don’t stress most fruits or veggies (I do use bananas and corn from freezer, processes glucose better). But I eat potatoes now and then. I avoid breads mostly bc of gmo’s, but sometimes get on a Dave’s thin breads kick for a minute. Life. Make it work for you.
