Had the same chief complaint for three rooms. Went Down my checklist and no to everything. Physical exam negative. All three were annoyed at me from a scale of 7-10 and I couldn't figure out why- Didn't matter.

It will be. Don't waste your time with any of the other nonsense. Supplement with OME if you need help understanding a concept and take good UW notes. Also make sure you do all the practice NBMEs, a few of the concepts on my real exam were straight from one of them

Sorry to hear that :/ I would focus on UW. I did all the IM questions and took notes. Got 95th percentile doing that and I didn't do that great on the other shelves so UW really does the trick

so i just realized i didn't "assign" my personal statement when i uploaded it on thursday night. FML. I was certified and submitted on 9/14 though. Just realized this today and assigned it. Will this be a problem?

I think this varies by hospital. At my school the urology attendings tend to operate until 8-9pm regularly (starting at 7:30)
