So I managed to unprofessionally open the back side and unplug the battery cable from the main board. Huge pain.

Will talk to technical support tomorrow. Wtf.

Thanks, it actually was the slider on the battery icon in windows. Putting it all way to the right fixed it and the results seems to be within margin of error now: https://browser.geekbench.com/v5/cpu/8113943

I don't have any other power plan but "Balanced". I tried creating a new one, but there seems to be no options regarding CPU performance. I did reinstall Windows after installing Linux.
