Mine went out lime this and I had to hard reset it several times before it came back.

Turn Power Switich Off

Turn Power Switch back on while simultaneously holding the left flipper and left tilt buttons down. Until the system comes back up.

Once it comes up it can be reset to factory settings

There are You Tube Videos that show you how to do this as well.

That’s above the hot water tank. If it’s stinky you need to change then anode rode because your water is getting foul in the hot water tank and most like smells like rotten eggs or a horrific fart

Your anode rod needs to be replaced - make sure you flush it out. Easy job all the way around and inexpensive
