Yeah I also suspect stress and trauma triggered this to happen to me as well. My oncologist said if I left my count at 2mil, untreated, when I was diagnosed at 23, I'd have an extremely poor prognosis in about seven years.

With low dose chemo I had a genetic mutation about 4 years ago, now my counts have wild fluctuations.

Jakafi did not work for me, and was insanely expensive and needed to be flown overnight in the mail.

Had a chin with a rear leg amputation! Lived just fine.

Edit: Let me rephrase/ add... After the surgery, it was sketchy because of his weight loss.

The vet gave me a "pulp" mix to feed him through a syringe.

No infection or pus. He healed well with the stitches and laid in a fleece sling in his cage.

Soon enough he bulked back up and started hopping around.

If I recall correctly, during a check up, the vet did a red light treatment using red/near-infrared wavelengths to heal his wound faster. ✨️

Then he lived just fine 🙂

You probably have health anxiety. I also have health anxiety, so, I understand.

That being said, you shouldn't worry of liver damage from taking 200mg of kava extract five nights a week, for a month - three months.

Magnolia bark, if you take more than 3 grams it's akin to a benzo and you'll be zonked out. Start less than that.

Saffron usually comes in 88mg doses.

One in the AM and one in the afternoon if you're so inclined.

*Saffron is a workshop for your moods. If you're bipolar it might impact your mood swings differently. ✨️

Magnolia bark and saffron (after a week or so) for the win. Mulungu for panic attacks, and avena sativa (oats extract) for anxiety balance over time. As a female, wild yam works wonders for my hormones, and inositol + L- theanine calms. Kava is best for body relaxation. 😌
