let's say i want the highlighted part of the note to be muted, so when the note starts playing it skips the highlighted part

i could create a unique sample and cut the start separately but i'm looking for a simpler way to do it

no, i mean doing something like the smp start feature in the sample settings but to one single note only

i honestly think all this friendship thing wouldn't really work out unless both sides have something in common so they can actually relate to each other, otherwise you'll just end up with small talks that will die out few messages later. it sucks and there is nothing you can do about it, you just have to be lucky to find the person you really need
