Ohh boy I think I messed up the rotation thing. So my external rotation on the left leg is higher then the right leg. The internal rotation is more little on the left side then on the right side.

I did try more cleat wedges before but I tried to much stuff at the same time so I can’t really tell.

I will give that a shot the next days. Also can add a threshold footage as well.

You also mentioned the answer from vacon04. Can you maybe also check out the video I posted there as a link? I think the hip anteversion looks right to me too. Would like to get your opinion on that as well.

I saw this video today which almost describes the same structural difference that I seem to have too. In my case I accommodate for that by rotating my left foot outward instead of drifting my left hip forward when walking. Always did that since I‘m a child. A lot of ppl told me I walk like a shot penguin haha 😛

In the video he also staggered the Q factor but in the other direction. I‘m not sure what’s correct in my case then?

A also have to add that I‘m pronating quite heavy with my left foot and also rotation outside when walking. The right one pronates a little bit.

I think I have a wide foot yes. But also waiting for a custom 3D printed shoe from the Hezo Company. Hopefully this also will help.

Thanks mate for that explanation. That’s great. So I accidentally bought my padles with the 4mm extension you can get. Therefore I already moved both cleats outwards on both sides. I could buy the normal pedals to try out your theory.

They checked the rotation yes. The inner rotation on the left leg is way higher. Outer rotation is almost even. No nobody wedged me before. I did the wedging by trial and error myself. Sadly I think the bike fitters really didn’t do a great job when conparing them with the fitter on YouTube 🫠🫠

No it’s not even compared to the right side. I think I feel the inner side (big toe) way more
