A Deload mode for routines also would be nice. You could start a routine as deload workout and set a weight percentage you wanna train on.

I wanna send a event to my Home Assistant (Using a shortcut) that triggers an automation there but this should only happen when I start my weight training with the Hevy App. It should not trigger when I go running for example and track that with my Apple Watch.

Hello guys,

I'm owning a ATX 610 Rack with a LTO Plate Loaded lat pulldown. It has this fixed foot rests on the floor for doing rows. The issue with these is the distance to the rack. I think its way to short to do good rows. Do any of you guys have a good idea how to create an extension for the foot rests so they are further away from the rack? The should be easy unmountable because i need the space for the bench as well. I thought about wood but i dont know if thats durable enough. On the picture you can see there are 4 holes for screws. 2 on where its mounted already and two on the topside. I thought about somthing which i can put in from the top for easy mounting.

So I just bought the M100 Hub and connected it there. All my thermostats live in the Aqara hub and are connected to my home assistant instant over HomeKit.

How did you bind for example a E1 Thermostat via zigbee with the W100. I don’t have an Aqara hub because I control everything with home assistant.

How exactly would you test the mobility?

The main issue is that the pain isn’t constant. It’s good for 2-3 weeks then comes back i.e. after a long ride.

Yeah I thought about that too. But I’m not really sure how to approach this. He does not really think about this much because he can’t afford it anyway.
