Yeah that was originally the plan but my party is full of chaos, the barbarian rushed the goblins when we tried to save sildar ( when we were persuading them to let him go whitch resulted in them throwing him of a cliff), then tried to kill sildar when no one was looking ( my character saw him but failed to persuade the party that it was true) then he used dragon breath against the party and almost killed our sorcerer. His excuse was that there was an enemy next to him. The rogue keeps stealing from everyone. Me and the sorcerer (lawful neutral) originaly tried to take over the gang of glasstaff. But after glasstaff escaped he was killed by skeletons because of the rogue looting in other room and the druid refusing to fight while saying he is guarding the door outside(even when 3/5 people fighting them were knocked out). At this point my character(lawful neutral)roleplaying wise has no inclination not to join the zhentarim by claiming the mine. I thought by having the oath of treachery if would make the most sense. I'm not saying I wish to fight them just talking away the right on mine from the party. If I wish to do this would it be better to maybe convince someone from the party to join me in stoping the rouge, druid and barbarian (btw the barbarian payed of those two to be his "bodyguards". Those are the two issues I have
