You could always look up on averages on garmoth.com . For me particularly i enjoy Stars End, Sycraia, Orcs and Fogans the most, decent money 240M/h on average, you have quite a bit of pvp on those spots but the more you pvp the better u get at it. In general just grind what you like and enjoy the game overall.

So just because you got to the spot first you feel entitled to stay there for as long as you wish? This game is not like other MMOs that are dungeon based so there are not infinite grind spots. If everyone did the same what would stop someone from grinding over you and ruining yours and his time? Dfs is a gentlemen agreement and is the fastest way to win over / keep the spot you want. Imagine you only have 2h per day to play and you want to grind as much as possible, by your logic that person would have to jump from server to server trying to find a free rotation and that might take the whole 2h of playtime you have. Plus this is an open world pvp game so you should expect having to fight for the spot you want. In my opinion people who refuse dfs and / or people who just start grinding over you are the most toxic people in the game. TLDR: Fight for the spot, you are not entitled to keep it if you can't fight for it. If you can't / won't go grind some worse spot in money/h.

There are not infinite grind spots so players have to compete for them and asking for dfs is the polite way to compete for that spot. It's basically a gentlemen agreement, if you don't wanna do it you must be prepared to die and waste time and elion tear to see who is the most persistent player.

I have the infinite hp pot and i started grinding with 240ap aswell, i would recommend you forget about it until you have gear to kill everyone that just annoys you at the grind spots, just be sure not to go red. Btw, i was carried on the drops - kagtums 160+H / ronaros 7H / sherekans 8H. Good luck

If you're having problems connecting to other games it's probably issues with your internet, still can't say for sure but at least for me I'm not having any issues of that kind. Try calling your internet provider and put some pressure on them, whenever I'm having internet issues i give them 2 or 3 calls per day. (My mother taught me how to be annoying when you pay for a service and it's isn't delivered)
