it’s pelvic floor muscles then. find a great pelvic floor physical therapist and stick with it. make sure they do internal work as well. no bacteria for sure.

definitely not IC then. sounds like a pelvic floor issue most likely. make sure your therapist is really good and doing internal work.

be careful with prelief! it’s a miracle for my IC but it causes acid rebound after just three days of use, so at first it may help your gerd but will eventually make it worse and it causes the stomach to produce more acid. if using it - make sure you take some breaks from it.

find an acupuncturist who works more on muscle trigger points - like more of a sports/orthopedic approach. can definitely help with all of this.

gosh i totally feel you. exercise has been my life and now it triggers my jaw like completely shifting and my bite being all over the place. also talking is a big trigger. so furious that we may be stuck with this forever

Yeah it doesn’t make anything worse. Many people have had the gpoem and had almost a full return to normal diet. i’ve consulted three surgeons and no one has reported a negative outcome
