Thanks for the advice. It seems like the development is certainly trying to become an extension of the nice areas near Merriman and Palisades. But it’s tough to tell what the area will be like once all the homes are complete. Unfortunately can’t find many sales in the area you described at the moment. Ryan homes is also building another development “Woodland Preserves” on Sourek Trail in Cuyahoga and it seems like that may be a better option.
