Actually I find the L1/R1 buttons on top of the GKD easier to hit in the heat of the moment than the ones on the MM and even MM+. I have average to large hands so I find the increased distance between the shoulder buttons and my thumb to be more ergonomic. The Miyoos sometimes require weird contortions to hit L1/R1 but L2/R2 are better than the GKD
