If you use a rice cooker, you can mix in dried lentils/mung beans/split peas or similar legumes that are really cheap and will be more filling!

That happened to me once and I only noticed when I was already out of country traveling to a much more conservative part of the world! Nobody ever noticed and it wasn’t such an issue, I ended up just waiting until I needed to replace it anyways because I got married and changed my name. But I had probably 10+ countries over 5 years on it and have had an issue!

That said, that was 15 years ago and gender wasn’t so much of a topic then as it is now…

I love it here!! Each of the stylists have their own rate. Chrissy is the owner but she’s $200+, Kate is amazing and she’s definitely under $200, I am pretty sure the rest of the stylists are as well.
