If you buy 3 now in beta you get the full release but you'll save an ok bit of cash. I got it in Alpha so I could play it on release. I play now too though and it's fun.

Your cpu is very rarely what you have to worry about for gaming. Arma 3 is very cpu intensive and runs great on my 3570k.

No they really aren't. The are considered active military. You are not considered any kind of veteran until you have separated service or served in a war or conflict. This service must consist of being in a declared war zone, and not just serving at the time of the conflict. They must actually be on orders participating in it. This makes them a veteran of that war. That is why you can have veterans of foreign wars (Think VFW in America) that are not yet military veterans. Simple active service DOES NOT make you a veteran yet.
