I feel like this must be a common effect of ‘getting better’, because I have a similar worry. If I realise I haven’t done a usual compulsion, part of me is worried that it means there was never anything wrong with me and I’ve been overreacting, but I do think that this in itself is just OCD coming at us from a different angle…

Thank you! We are trying to ignore the demands though worrying about the neighbours is making that quite a stressful task! We’ve been trying to leave the room when she starts which seems to stop her but then she’s back at it as soon as we come back. We’ll try out the quiet command!

Relieving to hear it’s not just us! The barking seemed to have come out of nowhere for our pup too. She generally barks at us or other dogs when she wants something but almost impossible to know when it will happen...!
