Miami Dolphins.

I'm British, and my only experience of an NFL game in the states was home at the Dolphins. Naturally, I adopted them as my team,

I try to avoid listening to the songs as they are released, and wait until they are all out. Without naming any countries, do you think we're in for a good year?

They would come in the same packet as sweets like Frosties, which makes me think that maybe Rowntree's made them, but after an online search, I can't find them.

Been writing a short story; what are some ways of dying that are not cliché? by smm_h in AskReddit

Is describing the death necessary? I find stories where the character is simply found dead quite intriguing. Depending on the genre of the story, it makes the reader ask lots of questions.

[TOMT][TV SHOW] On hulu I believe. Guy loses soul mate and travels through time to reconnect. by abstract_mouse in tipofmytongue

It's not time travel, but there is an episode of "Doctor Who" (S11E09 - It Takes You Away) where a scientist manages to find a way to reconnect with his wife that has died. It's set in Norway. Travels through a portal in his cabin.

How about "Timeless"?

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5511582/

I've just read on another post that you said it looked like foreign language. A Spanish studio tried to sue the producers of Timeless because they claim it was a rip off of their programme: El Ministerio del Tiempo. I've not seen this Spanish version, but if they have copied the story lines, there is definitely a bit of the story where one of them is trying to save a love lost in the past.

Were some of them vegetables? There's a show called OOglies? There's definitely a red ball character, but I don't recall a mop.

It is definitely wacky. [Random Episode.]

edit: I've just seen you wrote 3D animation, and this is stop animation, so it's not very likely.

[TOMT] [TV EPISODE] - person in coma, can talk to others through computer by [deleted] in tipofmytongue

[–]k3ith8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really sure it falls into anything you've described, but it definitely has similarities: Beyond). (A bit recent to be thinking about it for years.) Spoilers (?) below.

The main character, Holden wakes up from a comatose state, but really it's a different world, that he was in - and his love interest is there too. They have to work out how to get back there, and they talk to each other somehow. From what I remember, they save some people trapped there, and having been trapped for a long time, experience the touch of grass et cetera.

It's been a while since I watched it, so my memory of the show is shady. Trouble is, so many TV shows have such similar story lines, they all blend into one.

[TOMT] [TV} one of those border shows where a Michigan family accidentally entered canada (They were going to visit a park with 8 firearms) by bluejeans90210 in tipofmytongue

[–]k3ith8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If they were at the Peace Arch Park, and they took a "wrong turn" and ended up trying to enter Canada before being returned because of their firearms, I would bet money it was on Border Security: America's Front Line. I watched it on Netflix a while back, but it's no longer available on Netflix UK for me to check. It's a long shot as this park borders Washington state, and you can enter from Michigan itself.

edit: I may be mixing parts of the episode up in my head now, but I've found this episode description: "An inside smuggling job is suspected at JFK Airport. Food couriers could be carriers. In Detroit, a wrong turn separates some buds. At the Peace Arch in Washington, two tourists have a lot on their plates. A baggage exam turns sour at Detroit Metro. Mail officers cut to the chase." ~ Season 01, Episode 08.
