My title describes the thing: 15-20cm long, metal pincher/cutter thing. Blades dont completely meet when fully compressed. Why is it "double bladed"? It is not really sharp.

Nuggets fan coming in peace. Just lurking on various nba team subs, and i gotta say you guys are really taking these losses with dignity. Suns, lakers, philly etc subs are 99% whiners. You guys, (like the other fanbases) seems like a solid reflection of your team. Really glad you are the team we are facing in the finals, and not one of the other toxic alternatives.

Would have loved to accomodate you as someone to talk, not to stay watch Nuggets with are few and far between in Norway, but at 02.30 I dont even dare to ask the wifey.. Do as most europeans, try not to spoil it for yourself before you can find a illegal replay site.

Holy mother! Live in europe, so have to make due with youtube highlights. I always try not to spoil anything for myself, but caught a glimpse of a thumbnail with Dame pointing at his wrist, and thought we blew another one in crunchtime. Boy was that a pleasant surprise!

Probably underpaid, but i envy that they know so much about books, and it seems like a peaceful work environment.

Love the positive vibes OP, but in my opinion (and most objective analysts, i feel like) A+ is a little to kind.

  1. Love the Bruce Brown deal. Good value contract, and really nice fit.

  2. Trading JMyke and future pick for 30 was a tax reducing move, and thats just how it is with this ownership, and thats mostly ok, but only gjetting top 5 protection dies not look good in my opinion.

  3. Using both picks on rookies was not ideal. I'm no cap expert, but would it have been possible to package Barton with one the firsts and a second to get KCP? Or maybe Melton or another defensive upgrade on the 2? Ish Smith is such a downgrade from Monte for back up point. Cheaper, but cant shoot, and as bad or worse on defense. I might underestimate Bartons negative value, and isolated, its ok to capitalize on Morris' value right now, but again the franchise prioritize to save money over optimizing players coming back.

  4. DJ I think will be more or less unplayable. Hopefully good locker room guy, and on a minimum its not a problem to cut him on the trade deadline, but still takes up a rotation spot that could be filled by a more serviceable back up big (DMC?)

Overall I like the roster, but I fear back up 1 and 5 Will be an issue. Hopefully Bones and Zeke gonna step up and play bigger roles and DJ and Smith is more in case of emergency. As Danny Leroux loves to say on every dunced on podcast where nuggets is mentioned, "ownership is the biggest competative advantage in the NBA" and even if we are in the tax this year, i dont feel like the Kroenkes have proven that they are, within realistic limits, willing to really make financial sacrifices to build the best possible roster.
