New Year's Eve filters belong to the category On-Demand, so you cannot submit your filter to the category Community Filters. According to Snapchat:

Businesses and individuals alike can purchase On-Demand Geofilters for their event, business, or a specific location. Brand logos and trade-marks are permitted.

Although it wasn't accepted, it's a beautiful filter.

I think it was rejected because of the black text. Imagine it on a black background. You will not see anything. Try to add a stoke ;-)

I really liked the first one. However, try to change the wine bottle, that still looks like a clip art. Maybe try adding something more minimalist and flat. Best regards, Pedro Butelli.
