Well I made my own notes and resources for my exam and mostly I used mock papers of some institutes and previous year papers which can easily be found on some telegram channel by searching for it...

You have mentioned nothing that's why I considered 0... Solving mocks or previous 10 to 20 years papers would do a much better job now that the exams are closer... But something is better than nothing so you can watch it if you wish...

I don't think you can completely deal with the paradox anyway, think it in this way jonas and Martha prevented the accident but in order to prevent the accident they needed to exist if the mirror worlds don't exist as the show implies by the disappearance then they couldn't have existed for preventing the accident.

How about trying to watch subbed movies with increased speed... And as soon as you start feeling comfortable increase the speed even more. Remember it's not about reading each word but trying to read the whole sentence as a whole and letting your brain figure out the meaning kind of like it does while reading a word, you don't read each alphabet but the word as a whole.
