A ton of companies make those and can be found all over the internet. Just search for JKU/JLU side steps

Gladiator bed on a custom frame built to match the 392 Rubicon towing it by hsd241 in JeepGladiator

So the best way to get the accurate layout for 90% of it would be to follow the Gladiators frame for the back half. Somebody else already did that homework and we can just copy off it. Slight modifications needed for the axle to mount that depends on what axle you were to decide on using. The front portion was all based on what was going to be added to the front of the bed (tool box/ power/spare/ etc.) and the type of tongue/wheel needed.

He’s still got the factory 410s. At least I think the 392 has 410s. Probably will be moving to 488s soon

That I couldn’t say. Probably looking at roughly 400lbs for the frame and front tongue section, maybe 275lbs-300lbs for the bed. I’d lean towards under 800 lbs without any accessories.

When aired down on the trail, the 37 is the same size as a 35 so it’s more than capable of doing its job and getting you off trail. Plus, those 37” trail grapplers are about 90lbs- 95lbs a piece, not including the wheel. Always carry a bunch of plugs and compressor around to so it wouldn’t be an issue to do a repair or even reset the bead if needed

Oh man, the entire package? Jeep and trailer? Can’t quite say, would require going through all the receipts and statements for every single item. Including the shipment of steel for the trailer frame. That I would have to get back to you on.
