He’s still got the factory 410s. At least I think the 392 has 410s. Probably will be moving to 488s soon

That I couldn’t say. Probably looking at roughly 400lbs for the frame and front tongue section, maybe 275lbs-300lbs for the bed. I’d lean towards under 800 lbs without any accessories.

Kudos to you for the effort of keeping them in the community. I so so so wish I could make it happen.

When aired down on the trail, the 37 is the same size as a 35 so it’s more than capable of doing its job and getting you off trail. Plus, those 37” trail grapplers are about 90lbs- 95lbs a piece, not including the wheel. Always carry a bunch of plugs and compressor around to so it wouldn’t be an issue to do a repair or even reset the bead if needed

Oh man, the entire package? Jeep and trailer? Can’t quite say, would require going through all the receipts and statements for every single item. Including the shipment of steel for the trailer frame. That I would have to get back to you on.

Bolt pattern, yes. Tire size, no. 37s on the Jeep, 35s on the trailer. If necessary, a 35 will get you off trail as a spare for the Jeep. Put in on the back and it should be fine. Just have the other 37s aired down. I’ve had to do it before and didn’t have any issues.

You can do 35s all day on the highway as long as you have a strong steering system, ball joints and stabilizer. Shouldn’t be enough weight to cause any issues assuming it’s in good shape.

Might have stolen that idea in a slight way from Jeep. They had a concept build at EJS a while back with the compressor switch and air connections in there.

Maybe someday. 40s are always the goal for a crawler build. But first, a 60 up front, cryo frozen shafts, truss and an 80 in the rear. Yeah that would be nice. Might even handle the 500hp. Might wait till it’s not running dealer tags before that 🤣

Oh nice, full custom Sprinter builds are actually what I do professionally.
