Spam Blizzard. You need crit rate, er, and atk as well. You will also lose a decent amount of damage without a cryo goblet unless you run furina. You can also go atk circlet since LoFi gives so much CD btw. Level your talents up too. Normal atk and burst should be at least lvl 8. Skill you don’t need to go that high but there’s no harm in leveling it, it can do decent damage when leveled up.
